I know what it feels like to have all the physical talent and still lose the mental battle before the game even starts. As a competitive athlete through college, I learned firsthand that no amount of practice reps fixes the voice in your head telling you you're not good enough, or the pressure that shows up right when it matters most.
Today I'm a teacher and a mom of three multi-sport athletes, and I've watched that same struggle show up in my own kids and in the students I teach every day — kids with real skill and real drive who freeze, spiral, or hold back, not because they aren't good enough, but because no one ever taught them how to train their mind the way they train their body.
That gap is what sent me back to school to formally study mental performance coaching. I built Peak Performance Coaching around one simple belief: train your brain, and you change your game.
