Peak Performance Coaching ("Peak Performance," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Peak Performance Athlete LLC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through peakperformanceathletellc.com (the "Site") and our related forms, quizzes, and booking tools, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Contact information — name, email address, and phone number submitted through our intake forms, quizzes, or newsletter signup.
- Athlete/coach details — sport, team, age or grade level (for tutoring inquiries), and information you share about performance goals, challenges, or coaching needs.
- Quiz and assessment responses — your answers on the Competitor Style, Communication Style, and other self-assessments, and the results generated from them.
- Scheduling information — when you book a call or session through our Calendly booking links, Calendly collects your name, email, and the details needed to schedule that appointment. See Calendly's own privacy policy for how they handle that data.
- Communications — anything you send us directly by email or through a form, including messages, questions, or feedback.
We do not knowingly collect payment card information through the Site. Session pricing is discussed and arranged directly with you, outside of this website.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to inquiries and deliver the coaching, tutoring, or team services you request
- To score quizzes and assessments and send you your personalized results
- To schedule and manage discovery calls and coaching sessions
- To send the newsletter and occasional updates, if you've subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To improve our programs, communications, and the Site itself
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Third-Party Services We Use
Form submissions on this Site are processed through Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, which delivers your submission to our email inbox. Booking requests are handled through Calendly. The Site itself is hosted through Cloudflare, which may log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance purposes, as is standard for any website. We do not currently use analytics or advertising tracking tools (such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel) on this Site.
4. Cookies
This Site does not currently set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Some embedded third-party tools (like the Calendly scheduling widget) may set minimal functional cookies necessary for that feature to work, governed by that provider's own privacy policy.
5. Children's Privacy
Our tutoring and coaching programs serve student-athletes, including those under 13, but our intake forms, quizzes, and newsletter signup are intended to be completed by a parent, guardian, or coach on the athlete's behalf — not directly by a child under 13 without adult involvement. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through unsupervised use of this Site. If you believe a child has submitted information to us without appropriate parental or guardian involvement, please contact us at the email below and we will delete it.
6. Data Retention and Security
We retain the information you submit for as long as needed to provide our services, respond to your inquiry, or as required by law. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
7. Your Choices
- You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any newsletter email, or by contacting us directly.
- You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or request that we delete it, by emailing us at the address below.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
